FAQ
Five simple steps to easily reserve your trip: 1.Please first consider your travel date, time, itinerary, and number of passengers. 2.Fill in the relevant information on the LANDMARK Express official website, and we will provide you with a quotation. 3.We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the trip details and vehicle arrangements. 4.After confirming the trip details, make the payment to officially secure the vehicle. 5.One day prior to your departure, we will send you the complete vehicle and driver details—including the license plate number, driver's name, and direct contact number—via WhatsApp, email, phone, or fax.
Currently, we support the following payment methods: Visa / MasterCard credit card, Apple Pay, PayMe, Alipay HK, Alipay, FPS (Faster Payment System), WeChat Pay, UnionPay.
For Booking Amendment, Please notify us at least 5 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the scheduled service.Furthermore, any route changes or extra stops during the journey must be negotiated and confirmed with customer service team in advance and may result in additional charges (subject to actual circumstances).
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation 3 or more working days prior to the service: Full refund with zero cancellation fees. • Cancellation less than 3 working days prior to the service: Subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total deposit amount. • Last-minute cancellation: All payments made are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation Due to Severe Weather: If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or if a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force prior to your scheduled departure on the date of travel, the booking may be cancelled free of charge with no fees applied. Where specific cancellation terms are explicitly outlined in our quotation and mutually agreed upon, such terms shall prevail and govern the booking. Where specific cancellation requests are proposed by the client at the time of booking and mutually agreed upon, such tailored arrangements shall likewise take precedence.
To ensure a smooth journey, if your itinerary involves any of the following areas, a “Restricted Area Permit” must be applied for in advance for the tourist coach. Permit quotas are limited, and approval takes time. The minimum processing times for the areas listed in the table below are as indicated.

Yes, we also offer monthly rental services. You can list your requirements in the [Contact Us > Other Services] section, and a dedicated representative will contact you.
A 15-minute complimentary waiting time is included. Any exceeding time will incur a waiting surcharge, with any fraction of an hour charged as a full hour (rates vary depending on the vehicle type).
Upon successful booking, the vehicle license plate and driver’s information will be provided to you 1-2 days prior to your date of travel.
Ancillary services, such as airport meet-and-greet (Name sign airport pickup) or child safety seats, will incur additional service fees.
The total number of passengers (including children and infants) must not exceed the legal capacity of the vehicle. If the actual number exceeds the legal limit, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.
For single trips requiring 8 or more vehicles, please reserve with us at least 10 working days in advance, so we can carefully plan and make proper arrangements for you.
